Things are getting pretty wild here and in a way no one expected. From Najin-infested water experiments to hospital fights. (and oh, did I mention the creepy underground cell?). Yes, the Gyeongseong Creature Season 2 Episode 4 is that kind of wild. Let’s dive in to break down the chaos!
It takes an abrupt start from Ho-jae this time who wakes up from a nightmare. He finds himself hand-cuffed, dreaming about the Onseong Hospital, the highlight of season 1. Detective Noh says that Ho-jae injured Yong-gil as bat has the DNA of only him and Yong-gil.
He is disgusted at the accusation laid on him for hurting his own friend and asks to visit him. Noh refuses and demands answers to her questions but Ho-jae pretends he has no idea about it.
Ho-jae’s Investigation in Onseong Hospital
When the cops explore the abandoned factory, they are only more confused. Detective Yuh asks Noh to bring Ho-jae for further investigation in the station but luck is on the other side. Before she could reach him, Seung-jo flees away with Ho-jae after claiming that he knows Chae-ok’s whereabouts.
But when cops surround the hospital, Ho-jae detours and goes to visit Yong-gil who warns him not to come back to this danger again, begging him to leave immediately. Meanwhile, Chae-ok is held in the underground cell in Onseong Hospital and discovers that she and Seung-jo have Najins attached to the back of their brains, unlike the rest.
Elsewhere in the Gyeongseong Creature Episode 4, Ho-jae stumbles upon a “secret” room with tons of fake IDs, photos, and posters that hint at Chae-ok as a wanted person in the past. Suddenly, Seung-jo arrives there and takes Ho-jae to a water tank where he asks him to return to who he was before. In the end, we find Lady Maeda back in a youthful appearance, confronting Chae-ok with a graceful smile.
