Match Preview

Joburg Super Kings have enjoyed a strong campaign so far, winning three of their five matches, with one game ending without a result. However, they come into this contest on the back of a four-wicket defeat to MI Cape Town and will be eager to return to winning ways.

Meanwhile, Paarl Royals have bounced back impressively after their opening-game loss to Sunrisers Eastern Cape. They have won three consecutive matches since then and currently sit third in the points table, carrying good momentum into this game.

Sikandar Raza, who has made a strong impact with the ball by picking up seven wickets and also offers significant value with the bat, stands out as the top choice for the captaincy role. David Miller, who brings stability and vast experience to the middle order and has scored 116 runs so far in the tournament, shapes up as a reliable option for vice-captaincy.
